I've joined another one

Okay, so I admit it; there's not stopping me. I joined another blog spot, and don't know how to use that one either. However, I am going to tell you to check it out. It's autonomy.com. It is more like a chat bored, but you can post your books, chapters, etc., and make recommendations and comments.

Back to shoveling, now.

I'm back again

I'm going to try my best to post regularly. I truly need practice on Live Journal. I'm glad that some friends have reached out to me; now I know who to ask for help.

Another snow storm is expected, beginning this evening and into the better part of tomorrow. I'm tired of the snow all ready. I vote for 80 degree weather all year round. Still, I don't think I'd ever move from New York. It truly is the greatest city in the world, even though I live on Long Island, approximately 75 miles from the city.

Well, I have to get back to writing. Thanks for listening/reading.

Hugs,

Lee

Sorry, it's been so long

I'm sorry it has been such a long time since my last post. I've been busy re-vamping my middle grade novel manuscript, based on some feedback that my incredible agent shared with me. Now that it's "fixed" let's hope that editors will be fighting over it. Keep your fingers crossed.

Now that the holidays are well over, I'm back on the treadmill and talking myself out of eating all kinds of bad foods. I'm trying hard to stay focused on my goals and keeping up with middle school math. Would you believe that Zach is starting to pick out high school courses for next year? Oh, my baby is going into high school. I can't handle it. I'm sure it will be easier when Josh goes; I'd have already gone through the shock of feeling old.

In addition to "home" stuff, I've been reading like a fiend, for Mr. Gill, of the North Atlantic Review. There are some good stories coming our way and I look forward to seeing them in print in the next issue. As for the latest issue, Number 20 - 2009, I have a story, entitled, "Pork vs. Van Pelt." It is a fun stab at what happens after the Big Bad Wolf destroys the homes of the three pigs. You should pick up a copy and thumb through it; very good stuff.

Well, everything else is status quo. Keep me informed of what's happening with you.

Hugs,
Lee

Happy Birthday!

 Happy birthday! and many more!

Here's hoping that today is the start of many wonderful days and that all of your dreams come true!

Hugs,
Lee

Nothin' New

So, nothin's new since I wrote last, other than I heard back from my agent and I needed to make a few (small) changes to my story. I'm grateful that is all that had to be done, so far. I'm sure it still needs work, and I'm anxious to get to it. However, I figured I should stop by here and keep any on-lookers up to date on where I'm at. Where are you at?

Lee

I think I've figured it out.

Okay, I think I've figured out how to to do this. Keep in mind that I've joined 7 new blogging sites and it's hard for this old brain to remember how to use them all.

Anyway, I want to wish you all a very happy holiday season, and I hope that 2009 is the best year ever!

Hugs,
Lee

Frustration

I'm so frustrated. I cannot figure out how any of these on-line things work. Now that I got to this page, I don't remember what I did to get here. It will be a struggle the next time, too. Why can't I be a computer genius?

Adding On

So, now I've joined Facebook, Twitter, Live Journal, and Jacket Flap. I guess I'll be busy. When will I write? I will have to stay up an extra hour every day to get that in.

Hugs,

Lee
